Overview of a limber pine, Pinus flexilis taken along the Black Canyon Trail in the Santa Fe National Forest, 3 August 2001. The "leaves" (needles) are in bundles (fascicles) of five. It's named for the flexible nature of its branches.

Chiricahua Pine (Pinus leiophylla var. chihuahuana)
